Voting Guidelines
Please read all sections carefully before participating in any election.
Before Voting
Prepare yourself before the election window opens

Prepare your credentials
Have your Student ID and password ready before the election opens.

Check the schedule
Note the exact start and end times. You can only vote during the active election window.

Review candidates
Visit the Candidates page to learn about each person standing for election before you vote.

Stable connection
Use a reliable internet connection to avoid interruptions during the voting process.
During Voting
Follow these steps carefully when casting your vote

One vote per position
Select exactly one candidate per position. Choose carefully -- you cannot change your vote after submitting.

Review before submitting
A confirmation screen shows your choices -- check every selection before clicking Submit.

Vote in private
Do not let anyone watch you vote or influence your choices during the process.

No going back
Once submitted, your vote is final. The system does not allow changes or withdrawals.
After Voting
What to do once your vote is submitted

Log out
Always log out immediately after voting, especially on shared or school devices.

View results
Results are published on the Results page as soon as the election period ends.

Report issues
If anything went wrong during your voting session, contact IT Personnel at +233 54 581 1179 immediately.
Strictly Prohibited
Violations are subject to disciplinary action

Vote buying / selling
Offering or accepting anything in exchange for a vote is a serious offence.

Impersonation
Voting using another student's credentials is an offence subject to disciplinary action.
3
Multiple voting
Any attempt to vote more than once, by any means, is strictly prohibited.
4
Intimidation
Coercing or pressuring other students about their vote is strictly forbidden.
5
Sharing credentials
Never share your Student ID or password with anyone for any reason.
6
System interference
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the system in any way will be referred to the authorities.
